Pregnancy is a time filled with hope and expectation. Every family hopes for an uncomplicated birth and a healthy baby. But sometimes the unexpected happens.

Every year more than half a million babies are admitted to a neonatal intensive care unit. Few families are prepared for the stress that is experienced as they watch their babies fight for their lives.

September is a month of awareness designed to honor the experience of families in the NICU and the health professionals who care for them. The Myers Institute has been privileged to assist many babies with Matrix Energy Healing/FMCM, both while in the NICU and in post NICU care.

We believe this information needs to be available to touch more families who have endured the stresses of a premature birth.

Necrotizing Enterocolitis in Premature Babies

Necrotizing Enterocolitis (NEC) is a serious gastrointestinal problem that mostly affects premature babies. In some infants, NEC is mild. Others experience severe, life-threatening symptoms.

In this condition, bacteria invades the wall of the intestine where inflammation can then set in. This can create a crack or gap that allows germs to leak into the abdomen. If not treated, it can lead to serious infection and death.

Symptoms of NEC include:

• Abdominal pain and swelling
• Changes in heart rate, blood pressure, body temperature and breathing
• Diarrhea with bloody stool
• Green or yellow vomit
• Unable to pass stool
• Refusal to eat and lack of weight gain

Medical treatment of this condition includes:

• Temporarily stopping all feedings
• Nasogastric or orogastric drainage
• IV fluids
• Antibiotics
• Abdominal x-rays [i]

In severe cases, surgery may be needed right away.

The Mesentery Matrix

The mesentery is a fold of connective tissue (fascia) that holds and suspend the small intestine, large intestine, stomach, pancreas, and spleen to the posterior abdominal wall.

One of the roles of the mesentery is to supply nutrition to the intestines via blood vessels and empty waste via lymphatic vessels. The mesentery also serves to keep the organs in the abdominal cavity in place yet separate at the same time. Without the mesentery, the organs would collapse into the pelvic floor upon sitting or standing.

The mesentery was previously thought to be a collection of separate structures – each with separate insertions into the posterior abdominal wall; however, recent research suggests that the mesentery is one adjoining structure. This has led to proposals for the mesentery to be reclassified as an organ. [ii]

In utero compressions and/or birth trauma may tighten the mesenteric tissue thus impacting the wellness of the digestive organs. When the intestines are restricted, they cannot receive enough nutrients and are unable to detoxify the waste. Furthermore, restrictions in this area can create a compression effect making it extremely hard for the bowels to move the waste out.

Emergency Matrix Energy Healing for a Premature Baby

I received a call from the family of a premature baby who was born very quickly at thirty-one weeks and was in the care of a local NICU. At the time of the call, the baby was just diagnosed with NEC and was in significant distress.

The infant was not able to move his bowels and there was an obstruction. He was also exhibiting the other common symptoms of NEC. Medical treatment had begun; however, the family had urgently reached out to see if I could provide therapy to their baby. Unfortunately, I was over 400 miles away on vacation in a very remote location.

Due to the distance logistics, it was obvious that I would not be providing any manual therapy. This case presented with all the indications to use FMCM/Matrix Energy Healing in the quantum (energy field) – distance logistics and a medically fragile infant in the NICU.

In the quantum field, the body is not a physical body, but energy without limitations. The field is an invisible field of energy that connects and organizes everything physical. It is experienced with awareness of energy, frequency, vibration, and information through the realm of thought. By tuning into that energy, all possibilities exist.

Shortly after the call and that evening, I began to work with the baby using FMCM/Matrix Energy Healing techniques in the energy field.

How do we connect to the Fascial Matrix in the Quantum Field?

The electromagnetic properties of the fascial matrix connect directly to the quantum field and transmits information in the form of energy frequency and vibration.

The practitioner connects to the quantum field via the pineal gland. The pineal gland, when fully activated, is a crystalline superconductor that receives information through the transduction of energetic vibrational signals (frequencies beyond the senses) into the biological tissue (the brain and the mind) in the form of meaningful imagery, the same way an antenna translates different channels onto a TV screen. The practitioner can then access the information needed to facilitate changes to the fascial matrix via the connection to the “antenna” of the recipient. In other words, the practitioner is sending information to the recipient’s fascial matrix to facilitate healing.

The Results

The fascial matrix holds and remembers all stresses and traumas starting at conception and does so as a form of protection. Fear has the greatest impact on the architecture of the human fascial matrix. The matrix encapsulates the body in the form of bracing patterns, locking in the moment(s) and time(s) the body became “frozen” in fear - even as a result of a difficult birth.

The evening of the emergency phone call, I applied Matrix Energy Healing/FMCM techniques, via remote healing in the energy field, and specifically targeted the infant’s mesentery, abdomen, and lower body matrix.

The next morning, I received a call from the parents of the newborn. They were incredibly happy to report that their son moved his bowels overnight and was doing amazing. All the symptoms related to NEC had subsided considerably and the baby was no longer in distress.

Matrix Energy Healing is incredibly beneficial for infants and especially children who are extremely sensitive or medically fragile. Where traditional hands-on therapeutic applications can be irritating, painful, or upsetting to the newborn body, Matrix Energy Healing works effectively without stressing the child from a stranger’s touch or uncomfortable therapeutic techniques.

Furthermore, many newborns who are in the NICU are too fragile or critically ill to receive any therapeutic treatments that are not medically necessary; however, Matrix Energy Healing is a method which is applied in the energy field, where no physical contact is necessary to create a healing response.

In the quantum (energy) field the body is not a physical body, but energy without limitations. When we step into the field, there are no limitations to a person’s ability to heal.

Our unique approach has been effective with helping many children heal faster so that they can be discharged from the NICU and go home to be with their families.

This article is the first of many stories that we will be sharing of how Matrix Energy Healing/FMCM has helped premature babies heal and leave the hospital sooner than was expected. Furthermore, this unique method of healing supports children after they leave the NICU, restoring balance in the mind-body continuum, thus enhancing growth and development.
